Where the work comes from
Hiddle started by building for the businesses around us in Dar es Salaam: a travel agency that needed online bookings, a car-rental company that needed its fleet and prices kept current, a foundation that needed to tell its story in more than one language. Each of those is still live and still managed by the client’s own team.
That pattern — a public website, the management system behind it, and the marketing that fills it — became the three service lines we offer today. Tourism, travel and car rental remain the industries we know best, and the same approach has carried into marketing agencies, event hire, and non-profits.
Our team combines strong technical skills with thoughtful design, and we measure a project by whether the client can run it without us afterwards. We are honest about scope, we quote in writing, and we hand over the source code and accounts at the end.
