Last updated 13 June 2026. These terms cover use of this website. Project work is governed by the written quote and agreement for that project.
1. Acceptance
By using hiddle.org (“the website”) you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Use of the website
You may browse the website and use its forms to contact Hiddle for genuine enquiries. You agree not to submit false or misleading information, not to use automated tools to submit forms or scrape content, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the administration area or any system connected to the website, and not to use the website in a way that damages it or interferes with anyone else’s use of it.
3. Form submissions
Sending a contact message, project request, consultation booking or newsletter subscription does not create a contract. Quotes, timelines and deliverables are agreed in writing separately for each project. We aim to reply to enquiries within one working day but cannot guarantee a response time.
4. Content and intellectual property
The text, design, code and images on this website belong to Hiddle unless stated otherwise. Screenshots of client websites in the portfolio are shown with the clients’ knowledge and remain the property of the respective clients. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse website content for commercial purposes without written permission.
5. Portfolio and case studies
Case studies describe work Hiddle carried out for named clients. Where a figure has not yet been confirmed by the client it is clearly marked as pending. Live links open third-party websites operated by those clients.
6. External links
The website links to third-party sites and services, including client websites and WhatsApp. Hiddle is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or terms.
7. Availability and accuracy
We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Prices shown are starting points and may change; the price for a project is the one in its written quote.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Hiddle is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, and any dispute relating to them will be dealt with by the courts of Tanzania.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest change. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
